Michael Jordan Applies for Marriage License With Fiancé Yvette Prieto

Michael Jordan has applied for a marriage license to wed his fiance’ Yvette Prieto, in the midst of being sued by Pamela Smith.
County clerk spokeswoman Kathy Burstein confirmed the news to the Associated Press today.
The retired NBA star is being sued by Smith who says she got pregnant after sleeping with him in 1995 when he was still married to Juanita Vanoy.

Smith also wants a paternity test to prove MJ is her son’s father; the teenage boy posted a video on Youtube in December claiming Jordan is his dad.Allegedly, Smith never planned to sue the star and doesn’t need money, but the alleged Michael Jordan love child urged her to file the paperwork.

This will be the second marriage for the Charlotte Bobcats owner; he was previously wed to Vanoy for 17 years before their 2006 divorce. He and Vanoy — who received about $168 million in their settlement — share three kids: sons Jeffrey Michael, 24, and Marcus James, 22, and daughter Jasmine, 19.
